The room these stars are in doesn't get much light butvthey all glow well!We put these up in the kids room and love them!!! They are a lot more realistic than the old school stars and stick well. We did one big blue pack, and one small green one on their wall, so roughly 2000 stars total. We taped the galaxies out first and went from there. Pretty time consuming but fun to do with the kids over a few days. Pictures don't do it justice. I found it easiest to recognize the pattern by sticking the stars in the window/sun for like 10 minutes.I put them up in my car and it looks great.Good valuejust a college girl trying to find ways to make my room more fun and i came across this. i had my doubts but needless to say they work perfectly and way better than i imagined. I got the blue ones but i just ordered green to do both and if i can remember, i’ll do an update review with pictures of the blue and green stars mixed!These were great glow in the dark star. I got the green ones. The stars last all night long. I charge them with a uv light and they'll be really bright at first but then it slowly dim within a few minutes as you would expect. However, if you're in a dark room, they remain sufficiently bright once your eye adjusted to the darkness. They glow throughout the night and I can still see them at 2-4 AM even though they're quite a bit dim but still visible.In the early evening after light off, if you have a whole ceiling light up, they give off enough light to create a weak glow in the room. It's nice enough to act as a weak night light and the room is not totally dark. I like this better as night light can be brighter than what I want. These ambient glow is just perfect for getting around but not enough light to affect sleeping.The smallest shape will be difficult to put on if you have big finger and trying to create shapes for the kid. The adhesion seems sufficient without being too sticky that I worry about taking it off. I can push it around just a little if I misplace one so the glue is not super strong which is good. Strong glue might peel off paint later.I mean...WOW. Granted it is a little forboding to put every little dot up but MAN is it worth it!!!!! It truly looks like a galaxy on the wall and ceiling! Also, they've been up for a week now and not falling down. I am truly impressed.I try and get a decent picture of these and I can't because it just wouldn't do it any justice! They are really cool!! I got them for my son's room and he LOVES it! They are easy to stick and it comes with LOTS OF THEM AND LOTS OF SIZES!
